When you request a DealerAxis demo, we collect the name, email address, dealership or group and role you provide, together with any optional phone number or message.

How your enquiry is used

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements and arrange a demonstration. Submitting a demo request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where it goes

Your request is stored in the website’s enquiry database, hosted through Sites on Cloudflare. FormSubmit processes the enquiry to deliver an email notification to the DealerAxis team. Your contact details and message are included in that notification.

Information you provide

Please provide business contact details and only the information needed to discuss your enquiry. Do not include customer records, financial documents, passwords or other confidential dealership information.

Questions or removal requests

To ask about your enquiry information or request its removal, use the contact form, state your privacy request and include the email address used for the original enquiry. We may need to verify that the request is yours before taking action.

Website use

This marketing website does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Customer Login takes you to the separate DealerAxis application, which has its own sign-in and access controls.
